Registration Fee:

• If paid by December 31, 2008: $169.00
• If paid on January 1, 2009 or later: $189.00

Industry Appreciation Reception Guest Registration Fee: $40.00

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Conference Registration: Refunds on conference cancellations received on or prior to February 15, 2009 are subject to a $50 handling fee. There will be no refunds on conference cancellations made after February 15, 2009.
• Guest Registration for Industry Appreciation Reception: Fully refundable if cancellation is requested prior to March 1, 2009; no refund after that date.
• All Refunds will be processed after April 1, 2009.
