Please use the form below to register for your class(es). You are being asked for 3 e-mail addresses, which are explained below:

1) Paypal e-mail address: You will be required to supply an e-mail address to pay via Paypal. Please note that even though you are not required to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal (if you instead want to use a credit card), you will still be required to supply an e-mail address and need to provide that address below. If you have a Paypal account, please provide the e-mail address that you used for your Paypal account in the appropriate space below.

2) E-mail for class materials: All courses use Yahoo Groups for class participation and therefore, you will be required to have a Yahoo account/ID. If you already have a Yahoo ID, you'll need to make sure that the e-mail address you provide below to receive class materials is added to your Yahoo account/ID. If you do not have a Yahoo account/ID (or don't know how to set one up), we will send you a form at the beginning of class to guide you through the procedure. Please note that the address you use to receive class materials does not have to be a Yahoo address. Once you create a Yahoo ID, you can add ANY e-mail address to this account to use in Yahoo Groups.

3) Contact e-mail address: please enter the email you check most often, even if it's the same as either email above, in case there are paypal issues or class delivery issues.

Note: the 3 addresses above may be the same e-mail address or 2 or 3 different e-mail addresses. If you have an e-mail address that you use for Paypal which is also your main contact address and is also the address where you want to receive your class materials, please enter that address in all 3 blanks below. Once you've submitted your form, we can assist in linking that e-mail address to a Yahoo ID.
